Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Strategy and Web Design Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in brand development, Affiliate marketing, and digital design within a niche market. As an intern, you will collaborate on various projects, and perform administrative tasks including composing emails, social media management, and creating seamless client experience processes.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Create targeted email distribution lists from provided sources.

• Help create content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.

• Design visual elements for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

• Keep accurate records of all sales and commissions earned through client acquisitions and other incentivized activities.

• Regularly review and adjust strategies based on commission outcomes to maximize earnings and effectiveness

• Other administrative tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:

 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

• Ability to use or quickly learn how to use marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and content management systems.

• Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and interpret data.

• Creative skills for crafting engaging and effective marketing materials.

• Strong proficiency in online design software  (e.g., Canva).

• Some experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.

Legal and Ethical Requirements:

• Must adhere to professional ethics, respecting client confidentiality and agency standards.

• Legally eligible to work in the respective country, including meeting any age requirements for paid internships.

 

Compensation:

​

• This is a commission-based opportunity: interns will receive a 10% commission on all direct sales made through their unique referral codes and links.

• Commission potential ranges from $39-$400 per service/item sold.
