1. Payment Terms
1.1 Course Fee: The EARLY BIRD total cost of the Course is $3,299, payable in three installments of $1,099, each.
1.2 First Payment: The first payment of $1,099 ("Deposit") is due at the time of enrollment. The Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.3 Second Payment: The second payment of $1,099 will be due and payable three (3) weeks from the date of the first payment. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for
1.4 Third Payment: The third payment of $1,099 will be due and payable three (3) weeks from the date of the second payment. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for this transaction.
2. Access to the Course
2.1 Conditional Access: Access to the Course materials, live coaching sessions, and any related resources is contingent on full payment of the Course fee.
2.2 Failure to Pay: If any of the remaining payments cannot be collected for any reason:
- Participant's access to the Course and all materials will be suspended immediately.
- Access will only be reinstated once the outstanding balance is paid in full.
3. Payment Responsibility
3.1 The Participant is responsible for ensuring the payment method provided is valid, up-to-date, and has sufficient funds for the scheduled second & third payment.
3.2 In the event of a failed payment, the Participant must contact the Course administrator within seven (7) calendar days to resolve the issue and provide an alternative payment method, if necessary.
4. Non-Refundable Deposit
4.1 The Deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for changes in personal circumstances, failure to utilize the Course, or any other reason.
5. Default and Remedies
5.1 If the Participant fails to make the second or third payment within seven (7) calendar days of the due date:
- The Participant forfeits any claim to access Course materials until the balance is settled.
- Legal action may be pursued to recover the outstanding balance, including any associated fees or costs.
6. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Entire Agreement
7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Participant and the Course provider regarding payment and access to the Course. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or warranties, written or oral.
Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the Wealthy in Wellness Course, the Participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
